oh DEER (August 1 2009)

Deer don't seem to be that uncommon anymore, ive seen at least one a week since summer started! This week however, i saw three or four . They are so tame, you can get within feet without having them run away! Here are some pictures of today, one of the deers was just munching off the path!

Downtowwwn (July 28 2009)

We went for dinner to the Keg for dads birthday, after we were stuffed, we decided we should get some excercise and work it all off! So we went for a walk downtown along the waterfront. And to our surprise there was only a handful of people down there, it was a great night!

So one Sunday, Lindsay and I decided to try out the church by the cottage. However, we had got the time wrong, so because we were all ready to go a half hour early, we decided to have a mini shoot.

Dads Big 5-0 (July 24 2009)

Dad is the big 5-0, for this big event, us girls threw him a surprise party at the cottage! It was a great night, and so many of his friends showed up!

Tall Ships (July 19 2009)

One of dads friends took us out in his boat to see the tall ships! We spent the afternoon with hundreds of other boats in the Halifax Harbour.

Allies Birthday (July 13 2009)

Allie celebrated her 21st birthday, we had a fun time celebrating! Strawberry shortcake to enjoy.

Peggys Cove with Sisters

Yet again, the mortons and the langilles decided to go for a scenic journey that landed us at Peggys cove. We all wore our lulu sweaters because it was chilly along the water, and on the way home, we stopped in at the cottage!

Church Picnic (July 5 2009)

Every year our church holds a picnic, usually at Oakfield Park. But it was rescheduled this year because of the rain! When we finally had it, i had to leave early, but there was definitely some laughs from the crazy races!

Im getting caught up with my blogs now, a couple weeks later! My beautiful cousin Laura had her sixteenth birthday the other day, so to celebrate, she had a bunch of girls in for dinner! I should have taken more pictures on her behalf, but i didn't! So heres a couple that i did take!

Some Lovely Ladies (July 1 2009)

I had the pleasure of taking pictures of some lovely ladies at the beach last week! They were very outgoing and had some great idea for poses! Despite the freezing cold weather and water, they all wore matching outfits! What a great evening!
